Founded by John Teters, a lifelong craftsman with over 28 years of carpentry experience, Dream Decks + Remodeling combines expert skill with a deep understanding of Oregon’s unique building needs. Originally from the Tigard area, John has spent decades framing, building, and collaborating with some of the region’s top carpenters and contractors. Over the past 7 years, he’s focused his expertise on deck building, remodeling, and repair right here in Central Oregon—developing best practices tailored to the demands of the High Desert environment.

When he’s not on the job site, John enjoys time at home in La Pine with his wife, Wendy. Whether it’s kayaking, hiking, or camping, the couple makes the most of everything Central Oregon has to offer.
